(1) Such children, whose visual acuity is between 20/70 and 20/200.
(2) Children who suffer from severe and progressive visual difficulties
(3) Children who suffer from diseases of the eyes or diseases affecting the vision. Such children, who are not included in the above children and who have more brain and who according to doctors and educationists can be more benefited by the means and goods given to the children who have less vision. Partially visually impaired children -
(1) The best method is to take good medical examination of all the children. Also get your eyes tested. The test must be taken before entering the school. It should be taken even after admission.
(2) Where the above method cannot be adopted, there may also be a visual screening test. This work can be done by doctors, nurses, teachers. It is the duty of the School Health Services Department to make arrangements for testing. Must see it. The reaction of the child should also be observed.

2. Severely Visually Impaired Children - Severely Visually Impaired children can read with brain script 7 people are considered blind for academic work, when their vision is acute 20/200. People who have very little vision. They can distinguish colors. To consider a person completely blind (blind) only when the doctor has told him such a condition.
